Bio

Frankie Snow emerges from the dark heart of New Orleans, Louisiana, a city rich in history, struggle, and raw energy. A force in modern hiphop, snow crafts music that dives deep into the human experience. His sound is unfiltered, high octane, and unapologetically intense, pulling listeners into a world where every beat pulses with danger and every lyric drips with raw emotion. Think of  this cheeky rapping mother fucker as the Bruce Campbell of hiphop, wielding bars instead of a boomstick, carving his path with wit, grit, and a touch of eat shit.

Born in the underground, Frankie Snow’s musical journey began in 2007 as the drummer for the New Orleans death metal band 12th Street Tragedy. The aggression and intensity of metal laid the foundation for his signature sound, an explosive fusion of haunting melodies and bone-crushing beats. Over the years, he has sharpened his craft, sharing stages with many underground New Orleans bands. Eventually, as most can relate, the struggle of band cohesion pulled him into another genre, hiphop, where he played with artists such as FATBOY SSE and HIPPIE SABOTAGE.

In 2015, Snow took his vision solo, forging his path with the guidance of industry mentor  Will Cohea AKA EATZ. What followed was an evolution, an artist refining his weaponry, sharpening his delivery, and building a sonic empire rooted in darkness, truth, and unrelenting energy.

2024 saw the release of SIN, a war cry of an album, a sonic descent into the abyss. Produced by Lewie Lee, recorded and mixed by two-time Grammy winner Chris Carmouche, and mastered by the legendary Mike Bozzi, SIN is more than an album, it’s a testament to survival, pain, and power. Every track drags listeners deeper into the storm, where Frankie Snow thrives, commanding the chaos and leaving his mark on the world, one song at a time.

Welcome to the dark side. Welcome to the Frankie Snow show.
